She decided to use her social media platforms to promote her business. She started creating content for her social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram which already had many followers. She realized that using digital platforms made it easier to promote the business and she was able to attract new customers.
Similarly, many businesses and organizations today use the internet as a form of digital communication to promote their brand and attract new clients. Even though Mia used only her social media platforms, there are many other ways of marketing the brands digitally such as emails, websites, search engines, etc.
